We’re a tight-knit team of designers, developers, and strategists based in Ghent, working hybrid. You’ll spend half your days at our cosy office near the city centre, and half your days wherever you work best. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be in the thick of it: shaping, building, and shipping products that are robust under the hood and delightful to use on the surface. You’ll move seamlessly between front-end and back-end, making sure everything runs smoothly together.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership across the stack, building everything from slick UIs to reliable APIs and databases.
  • Work directly with product designers and PMs to make sure what you build is both technically sound and user-friendly.
  • Help kickstart new products with the right setup and tools, ensuring scalability from day one.
  • Validate and refine your solutions by collaborating with teammates, testing thoroughly, and iterating quickly.
  • Stay on top of the latest in web development, experimenting with modern frameworks, libraries, and AI tools when it makes sense.
  • Share your perspective with clients, challenge ideas constructively, and demo your work proudly.
  • Be a team player: giving and receiving feedback, mentoring other developers, and contributing to reusable code and documentation.

🧠 Who You Are

  • A full-stack engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable moving between front-end (React, TypeScript, Tailwind…) and back-end (Node, APIs, databases…).
  • Curious about AI and eager to explore how it can be applied in real digital products.
  • Someone who thrives in an agile, iterative environment and isn’t afraid to start from scratch.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • A believer in feedback as fuel for growth, you give it honestly and receive it openly.
  • Driven by impact: you want to build things that people actually use and that actually matter.

  • What happens after I fill in the form?

    After you apply, our recruiter contacts you for a culture call to discuss your background, motivation, and the role. Next, you’ll have an in-depth interview with hiring managers about your skills and experience. Then, you complete and present a case assessment to show how you think and create value. You’ll meet the founders to discuss values and direction, followed by an informal chat with the team to sense the vibe and ensure mutual fit. If all aligns, you receive a clear offer and we move quickly to contract and onboarding.
