This is how we do 😎
In short, we’re a tight-knit team of strategists, designers, and engineers. Our mission? Building what our clients need to drive their businesses forward and make their customers' lives a little easier—and we’re fast about it.
In practice, our agile product teams work directly with clients to continuously shape and build digital products that meet their exact needs. Our philosophy is all about speed and quality without sacrificing a balanced work environment.
The keyword here is “impact”—both for our clients and for the people working on these innovative projects. We achieve this by fostering focus: clear weekly goals, one project at a time, no distractions.
Expect a dynamic setting with ambitious people, loads of project variety, and ample room for R&D and personal growth.

Right now, we’re looking for a Lead GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, a pragmatic approach to experimentation, and a passion for R&D. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to define the GenAI direction of our client projects and build our internal GenAI expertise from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for leading GenAI initiatives across multiple projects while applying Security by design principles, ensuring robust, compliant, and secure GenAI solutions. Your day-to-day 🎯

- Research and experiment with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks and technologies (e.g. LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, LLama, Mistral, …)
- Drive practical GenAI applications by adapting seamlessly from experimentation to PoC, MVP, and enterprise-grade production, with a focus on pragmatic, results-driven development.
- Collaborate with developers, sales, strategists and founders to align GenAI strategies with broader business objectives.
- Coach engineers in GenAI methodologies, toolsets, and best practices.
- Engage in client-facing activities, providing technical expertise in GenAI for impactful discussions and presentations.
You know your stuff 🤓
- Experience: You have a solid foundation in full stack development, with a strong track record of building, testing, and deploying complex applications (+5 years). Ideally, you also bring experience working in an AI or machine learning context.
- Research Savvy: You’re comfortable diving into new technologies, platforms, and emerging GenAI trends, and you understand how to apply them practically.
- Pragmatic Builder: Focused on practical solutions, with hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying POCs.
- Security-Minded: Security by Design isn’t just a buzzword to you; you prioritize data protection and compliance across GenAI projects.
- Client-Friendly: You’re effective at communicating complex GenAI concepts, comfortable in client meetings, and enjoy offering strategic guidance.
