Working from home sounded pretty chill, right? But I bet that novelty wore off pretty fast and soon you'll find it can be tough to stay focused throughout the day. And maintaining focus in and of itself is only half the work, really. You want to get things done, too!In other words, the million dollar question we'll be answering during this webinar is: "How can I focus on what really matters every day?" And we've got two experts on board to tell you exactly how.

About the speakers

Jake Knapp
Author of Make Time & Sprint

Jake Knapp is one of our heroes. Jake spent a decade at Google, where he literally created the design sprint process we swear by. His books are mandatory reads at Bothrs. Beyond that, the guy has coached teams at places like Slack, LEGO, IDEO, and NASA on design strategy and time management. In short, an absolute legend.

John Zeratsky
Author of Make Time

The way we maintain focus and set our daily highlights, hinges on the book 'Make Time', which wouldn't have come into existence if it wasn't for Jake's partner in crime, John Zeratsky. This guy can do it all: he's a designer, facilitator, speaker, writer, web developer... He's worked with every major company you can think of, ranging from Uber to Airbnb and Netflix. That's pretty baller as well, I'd say.
