Truth be told, a design sprint on its own is only enough to get you started. So the obvious question is, where do design sprints fit in the bigger picture? Let's take a look... ๐คจ
๐Often time large companies have a tough time making collective decisions. So whenever a company gets stuck in the mud, we run a decision dash with them to clear the air and get those wheels turning again.
๐So now they've figured out what they need to do, but they still just freeze up when things need to be made tangible. So we run a design sprint together to turn that solution we uncovered during the decision dash, into a visual prototype that can be tested.
๐ Finally they have everything they need to get to building. Great! But wait, they can't muster a dedicated development team to build the actual product, let alone at a decent rate. That's where we come in once again...
Our developers will then run agile development cycles lasting 6 weeks on average, to take the outcome of the design sprint, and turn it into a real minimum viable product (MVP), that's ready for launch. ๐
