We always thought of marketing and sales in terms of a funnel; the former precedes the latter and eventually you end up with a customer as a result. That never really sat right with us. So now, we're ditching the funnel and adopting the flywheel ๐ค
We want to offer a long-lasting emotional high to our clients, and this way of thinking fits that goal perfectly. Keeping clients in the center of attention, and have all the efforts of our teams revolve around that, forming an endless loop of value to all of our partners in crime ๐
